2. How long have you been playing? How Long have you been playing on a Havoc Server?
I have been playing Minecraft since the Alpha stage of development. I have been playing on the Havoc server for around 5 hours now. I had, however, heard of the server beforehand.

3. Are you experienced as a mod/owner? If so, list your previous experiences.
I have been an admin on two minecraft servers, and a moderator on two others. I have also owned my own server. The first server I was an administrator on was owned by a player named xVxGxMx. The second was owned by someone named SoccerboyAT. Both of these servers on average had around 30 people in them.

4. Server Your Applying for? Havoc Apocalypse or Havoc Dark Ages?

5. What do you believe moderators should not be able to do?
I do not believe that moderators should have the power to instaban based on their own judgement. A moderator should never ban without proof of the infraction, let alone simply on someone's word alone. On a survival server, moderators should also not be able to spawn items. I believe this can lead to corruption and abuse of power.

6. Would you ever abuse your moderator powers?
I would never abuse the power given to me.

7. How old are you?
I am 16 years old.

8. Do you have Skype?

9. How much do you play a week?
I play on average, around 4 hours a night during the week, and around 6 a day on the weekend.

10. Would you be willing to donate?
No, owing to the fact that I have no money. I try to spend money only on important things.

11. Answer to the Following Scenarios what you would do.
a) A person is spamming, constantly after multiple warnings. What do you do?
After multiple warnings, I would kick the offender. If they returned and continued to spam, I would probably temp ban them for 2-3 days.

b) A player is accused of hacking. What do you do?
I would ask the accuser for evidence, such as screenshots or a video. If they could not supply it, I would watch the hacker, turning invisible if possible, and attempt to catch him/her in the act.

c) A player is obviously hacking, what would you do?
If I had evidence of the hacking, I would temp ban or perma ban, depending on the type of hack.

12. Would you help players by answering questions?
I would help other players whenever the opportunity arises.

13. Do you hack?
In the sense of using a multiplayer hack such as a hacked client, no. I do not support hacking in any game. However, I have used Single-Player Commands before, obviously only in single-player mode.

14. If Molly has 3 apples, and Timmy has 5 apples, and Modestx comes and kills both of them. What size would an african turtle reach in adult hood?

Trolling would be considered spamming, and thus against server rules

Well, this depends on how many warnings they had been given. If they had already been warned 3-4 times, then kicked for their offenses, they obviously know that what they are doing is wrong and are simply choosing to disobey. I would try to warn them as many times as I could before taking action against them.

I see that Sleepertized has already addressed the issues in your application. On that note, I would like to congradulate you because of the important traits you possess. You seem like a resonable and understanding person. Your also active in the forums as well as in the game.
