a) A person is spamming constantly after multiple warnings. What do you do?
After I give them several warnings, I would kick with permission and if he didnt stop then i would ban him (with permission)
b) A player is accused of hacking. What do you do?
I would ask the witness to see for screenshots and then compare to the person who was accused
c) A player is obviously hacking, what would you do?
I would report to an op and/or kick him (with permission)

I am not greedy or immature unlike other players i know and i will not be greedy or abuse my powers. I will mostly play on this server and if i cant hack stuff in i wont ask for free stuff.

There are a few problems, in my opinion. One, you are a bit to young for my vote.
The other problem is that you are a mod on a few other servers, which means you most likely will not be completely dedicated to this one.

Grantfred, I honestly do not even look/care about your age. I look for any grammar errors and your amount of personal experience to determine your maturity and you have showed it quite well! You might want to look over Q#11 A and C but other than that, this is a nice application! Good luck!
