Banned after 2 second Battle

Ok, so I was playing today, after a few min my ally asked me for help and after i got ready i tpa'd to him. I killed Palistus and his friend in like 2 seconds with a diamond sword and then Pali banned me. I never claimed to hack, honestly it seemed like he rage banned me. The DustDevil guys can stfu about it cause they WERE OUR MAJOR ENEMIES!!! The other was MonoTwai. I have never freaking met the dude how would he know if I was hacking! I DON'T!
After the battle I did the #kill thing and it showed up. I just don't understand why I got banned...

No, I didn't ban you because you killed me. He recorded you saying you hacked, and you pretty much ADMITTED it as soon as he said he recorded it. That's proof enough, you trying to talk your way out of hacking, especially when you're known to be associated to other hackers, is stupid and pointless. Trying to incriminate me is pointless as well, as I'm going off of other people's words. You put the spotlight on yourself, and you got banned for something you previously did. I do not abuse my powers, and anyone who's ever dealt with me knows such.

P.S. No, it never showed up, which is why I was suspicious. You didn't do it, or you're hacking.

Considering I blew up the base you defended, I really don't care and I'm not mad, I just don't like you. You hacked in my eyes, and you're an ass. If you can provide proof that you didn't hack, I will instantly unban you. Like a screenshot of your .Jar that wasn't modified in the past 24 hours, and a picture of the folders in it.

I do give me a while I wiped my minecraft folder a few times

okay, id like to put in my word about gittir.
I KNOW he wouldn't hack he is trustworthy and a very succesful moderator on another server i play on.
Also about this video with him saying he hacks i think that is no reason to ban him.
Someone who uses a hacks or a hacked client would NEVER say they use hacks.
Someone would only say it to troll/annoy people.
i know he doesnt hack and deserves to be unbanned.
If anything tempban him for SUSPICION of hacks.
EDIT: after talking to mono i found out that he never had any proof of gittir saying he hacks. So no proof means no ban?
Not like he did anything anyways.
