i have been playing minecraft for almost a year now and have started playing on the havoc server on 25-10-11

yes i have been a moderator once before

I think mods shouldnt be aloud to ban players

i dont have skype, but will install and create an account if necessary

i play minecraft as much as i can but i go to school mon-fri so i wont be on 9am-3pm

If i have to i will donate yes

(a) If a player spams i would simply mute and if further actions need to be taken contact an admin

(b) if a player says someone is hacking first ask for proof and then post it on forums page

(c) if a player is hacking screenshot it or video record it and show an admin or someone who has power to ban them

13. i dont use hacks but i use the minimap mod? does that count?

Your application is filled with grammatical errors and looks like little or no thought was put into answering the questions. Moderators are supposed to be intuitive. They are able to access situations and respond to them accordingly. If you don't take the time compose your application, why should one take the time to review it. Thanks for applying, I was not trying to be insulting, but rather display constructive criticism.
