ban those in higher power than said moderator, at least not without multiple ban votes.

absolutely not.

I find this question moderately irrelevant.

no. however, I do have Steam if you need to speak to me privately.

almost every day.

11. Answer to the Following Scenarios what you would do.
a) A person is spamming, constantly after multiple warnings. What do you do?
mute them and wait for an admin to come online, or ask an admin what to do.
b) A player is accused of hacking. What do you do?
I warn them and if more people accuse them of hacking, I temporarily ban them until an admin or higher tells me what I should do.
c) A player is obviously hacking, what would you do?
ban them.
12. Would you help players by answering questions?
absolutely. I love answering questions if it is beneficiary towards another.

absolutely not.

Your application was interesting, and I respect your opinions and response.
However, there are a couple of errors that do not permit me to make you a moderator.
1. The server has not been open for a month. Havoc Apocalypse has opened for 2 weeks at most.
2. Ages does matter. Children do not develop the sense of responsibility as well as loyalty when they are underage. Especially in today's society, where almost every child is escalating downward into a pit of immaturity and stupidity.

Okay. the length I've been on is a mistake on my part, I must have been thinking about a different server, this one was very familiar. I am 14 but very mature.
