I used to be a moderator on another server, although they un-modded me because it was an accidental modation or whatever I say to say that . I own a minecraft server but it crashed and I am setting it back up, but I have a large staff and they can fix a lot of problems. I am also an admin on my friends server, but i don't go on often . In the description it says I will have 95% dedication and that is true, due to the fact I run a minecraft server XD
4. What do you believe moderators should not be able to do?
Spawn items, perm-ban for no reason, fly, and spawn kill
5. Would you ever abuse your moderator powers?

Currently no, but I shall have one after I do this application.

I play 2-3 hours on the weekends and 1-2 hours weekdays.

I would mute him for 2 minutes and if he doesn't stop I would ban him or perm-mute
b) A player is accused of hacking. What do you do?
I would ask for proof and if it is hacking I would ask him to stop and if he doesn't I will ban him
c) A player is obviously hacking, what would you do?

You can create a faction home with /f home once you make a faction, or you can donate $5 or more to get that feature.

You go to www.mchavoc.com and in the bottom right corner it says *Donate, click that.

Google time....there is no answer to that! Probably the size of Modestx though.

I should be picked over others because a lot of them would just troll the server and wreck it apart, I own a server and it was highly populated with 500 active users and none of them (except hackers) complained. Also, I have noticed many of the Mods were ranked up to Admin and many of the old Admins left so that means there is less mods, therefore people can be promoted to moderator.
